Experience

Nathan Wilcox brings over two decades of architectural excellence to SWABACK as Design Partner. Throughout his distinguished career, he has led transformative projects across mixed-use developments, multifamily housing, commercial office buildings, and luxury hospitality properties.

As a Principal Architect, Nathan has overseen all aspects of project design while serving as a primary business development leader. His notable projects include a 300-key luxury hotel in Mexico, an exclusive golf clubhouse in California, and numerous award-winning developments. Nathan has successfully developed millions in architectural fees and has been recognized for his leadership in building consensus and motivating teams toward excellence.

A National Merit Scholar, Nathan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma with a professional Bachelor of Architecture degree and developed international perspective through study in Germany. He holds multiple professional certifications including AIA membership, NCARB certification, and LEED® Accredited Professional status. Nathan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving as Chair Emeritus of their Local Commercial Council.
